The World day of Prayer for Priests, which falls on 19th June this year was an initiative put in place by the Pope John Paul II. It is in its 7th year and for the first time since its inception. The advertising campaign will also be supported by a press release which will be issued to media across Ireland, North America, Australia, Italy, England and Africa. This will educate the general public about the special day, and the history behind it.
